Rei and the whole team were the nicest people ever! the location was really nice, close to the beach and just a short distance to the center. the team is willing to give the best tips for any trips around the area, scooter renting is possible and the breakfast is really nice. we will come back!

Amazing experience we have here. Incredible facilities, infity swimming pool with chill out zone. The sunsets there are incredible. Best sunsets we had ever seen in Indonesia. Rooms are clean. Chill, relax and take it easy. The owner are so welcoming and people working there are amazing too (specially Jay). If we come back to Lombok we will not have any doubts to come back with them. The location is very quiet, on the west side of Lombok. Chris and his family organize different tours and also a cooking lesson that is a must! We learned a lot of different Indonesian recipes and had a great lunch after the lesson. Chris helped us renting a scooter (we didn't have to worry about anything, the scooter was there in the morning ready for us to pick it up - and btw, it's a great way to explore that area). Chris also gave us very useful tips to travel by ourselfes. We did the "Cultural and Beach Tour" and it was the best thing we did to explore local places and Kuta's area and our guide was really kind and explained a lot of things. I'm looking forward to coming back to do the Snorkeling Tour and the Mount Rijani tour.

We had the best time at Puncak and didn’t want to leave Jean-Paul and Nury are the best hosts and nothing is a problem. From the beautiful rooms to the amazing views we were in paradise. The breakfast was really good and so was the food from the menu . The pool was simply stunning and we habitually kept taking pictures in and out of it….. We opted to use bluebird taxis in and out of sengiggi which worked well. We loved our time and were sad to leave … thanks again Jp and Nury

Would absolutely recommend, the place is on a side road so you're in a very quiet place but still only 5min walk to the beach. Super nice hosts, great recommendations for activities and planning, they really make you feel at home! A/C works perfectly, bed is comfortable, breakfast was just delicious (go for the banana pancakes!). Scooter rental possible for a very good price, recommended!
