A great place to stay for exploring the Kerry Cliffs and the rest of the Ring of Kerry, or for doing a Skellig Michael trip, as those start in the marina of Portmagee, which is close by. The room was clean, the bed alright, and although no breakfast is offered, there were yoghurt and cornflakes for convenience.

Overlooking Portmagee’s busy harbour, The Moorings Guesthouse is just a 30-second walk from the pier, offering elegant rooms with marble bathrooms.

Staff were awesome (including in the restaurant) restaurant had a wide variety of food options - all really good, breakfast was great. Location was excellent for boat to Skellig Michael. Big spacious bathroom and lovely room

Such a lovely couple and so welcoming. We haven’t stayed in a B&B in many years so it was a novelty and we had forgotten how homely it is versus hotels. Dominick was such fun with his magic tricks.. kept us entertained at breakfast!
