Everything!!! We arrived, saw the room, and immediately booked an extra night. Tibin was a great host. He made sure we were comfortable and booked taxis and tuk tuks for us. He took us on a really informative coffee plantation tour, including seeing it harvested. The room was big, clean, comfortable, and a great balcony overlooking the plantation. The location is a little way from town, but a few minutes in a tuk tuk. We hired a scooter to get about. We were also looked after by Mr Purushothaman, who cooked some incredible Kerela food, and Mr Puttannan, who made sure we'd got everything we needed. He also showed us things in the plantation and was very proud of it. This was one of the best homestay's we've stayed in, and will hopefully return one day!

I had the pleasure of staying at Suresh's family home, and I must say, the experience was truly remarkable. From the moment I arrived, I was met with the warmest welcome by Suresh and his family. The comfort and elegance they provide are truly commendable, making my stay an absolute delight. The location of the property is nothing short of excellent, surrounded by breathtaking scenery. The view from the balcony was a treat to the eyes - lush greenery stretching as far as the eye could see, with rubber plantations creating a picturesque landscape. It was a true retreat into nature's embrace. Let's talk about the food - it was an absolute highlight! The flavors of the dishes served were not only delicious but also carried the authentic taste of Kerala cuisine. Each meal was a culinary journey in itself, and I couldn't help but indulge in the delightful variety they offered. Moreover, the property's strategic location made it even more appealing. It's conveniently situated close to many famous tourist attractions, allowing me to explore the beauty of the region with ease. Great place to calm down and unwind from the busy Kalpetta city. Tastefully and yet traditionally furnished house. Set within a coffee plantation which we could visit, and the infinity pool is real! Most importantly, wonderful hospitality by Vineesh and Abhi who made us feel right at home and helped with everything we needed. Would come back again.

I stayed here for two nights, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. I was traveling from Bangalore, and my bus reached Kalpetta around 7 AM. Even though the usual check-in time was 12 PM, the owner was incredibly generous and allowed me to check in as soon as I arrived. From the moment I booked the property, he was extremely helpful, providing clear information and ensuring everything was smooth until the end of my stay. He also suggested some wonderful nearby places to visit, which made the trip even better. The property itself is beautiful, well maintained, and surrounded by lush greenery, offering a lovely view right from the balcony. It’s a peaceful and refreshing place to stay, perfect for relaxing. I would highly recommend this property to both friends and families looking for comfort, hospitality, and a great experience.

The location was so beautiful it exceeded our expectations. We had a private candlelight dinner in the watchtower and highly recommend it was one of the highlights of our trip so far. Also the staff are very attentive and kind. Akhil took us for a morning walk and showed us around the property which we really enjoyed and Jinu made sure we were happy each meal. We also loved the badminton and many other games they had available. Definitely stay here if you get the chance.
