Such a nice hotel, pool is beautiful. Breakfast was very nice and enough to fill us. They were so kind to open the pool a couple of weeks early for us, so very appreciative that they did that.

The room was completely renovated, bright and very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities — a large shower, comfortable bed, big TV, small desk, coffee machine, and mini fridge. We especially loved the terrace with its relaxing view over nature. The property is located in a quiet residential area at the end of a cul-de-sac, with easy parking right in front of the apartment in a small private lane. It’s very convenient to reach the center of San Teodoro, especially if you’re traveling by car or motorbike. Communication with Davide was easy and pleasant — he gave us great tips on where to eat and what to do in the area. Highly recommended!

The host was so helpful from the time I took my flight from London till I landes, insisted with the everything, polite and very kind, sent me all the instructions and made sure I checked in. Fantastic location, close to the heart of this hill-top town and it's torre (must see). From the window there's a superb, hawk-eye view of the town and sea. Friendly host. Free parking nearby; there were always plenty of spaces on the Via Santa Caterina. Excellent shower
