Beautiful room, clean and comfortable. Lovely decor, great shower, air con worked perfectly and the windows completely blocked out any late night noises from the street below. Location was ideal, lots of restaurants and shops close by. We parked on the street which cost €1 per hour within certain times and we felt the car was very safe there. Rita was a wonderful host who gave us very clear instructions on how to get to the property and was always available to answer any questions we had.

We recently stayed at Villa Magnolia in Castellammare di Stabia and couldn’t have been more impressed. This beautifully renovated former family home has been transformed into a charming and intimate guesthouse, offering both comfort and style. The renovation has been completed to an exceptionally high standard – our room was spacious, full of natural light, and equipped with all the modern conveniences, including a coffee machine that added a lovely touch of luxury. What truly sets Villa Magnolia apart, however, is the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality from the owner Paola. Nothing was too much trouble – Federica and Adriana went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. The room was serviced daily and kept immaculately clean throughout; It truly felt like a home away from home. The location in Castellammare di Stabia is ideal. This underrated town is full of history, charm, and local character, with a beautiful long beachfront perfect for evening strolls. There are countless cafes and restaurants nearby to suit every taste, and thanks to the nearby train station, getting around the Bay of Naples is incredibly easy – whether you're heading to Pompeii, Sorrento, or even taking a ferry to Capri from the local port. In short, don’t hesitate to book Villa Magnolia. It’s a peaceful retreat that offers the perfect base to explore the wonders of the region while enjoying the comfort and warmth of a truly special place. We’re already dreaming of our return!

Loredana was very kind to us when we contacted her, and very happy to help us with anything we needed. The room is adorably decorated, with a shared kitchen space as an added bonus. While you can’t see the water from it, if you walk 5 minutes you’re at the beach and all the good restaurants! It is also very easy to walk to the train/bus station as well as the port from here.

The apartment is in a very good location, the train station is literally 2 minutes walk, also there is a tourist information office next to the station, shops and bakery are next to the apartment. The sea is also 5 minutes by walk. The landlady was really kind and helpful. The apartment was comfortable and a good size, it was also clean and tidy. Our room was facing the street, therefore when we opened the balcony it was extremely loud, but the balcony door was really good soundproofed.
