We liked everything: the room, the cleanliness, the little things included in the room, location. Photos of the room are very accurate. The host was very caring, sent clear instructions how to check-in, was checking with us actively to see if we were getting comfortable and finding everything. Kind regards !!!

The room was very clean, comfortable and modern with a balcony as well. The hostess, Paula, is a very kind and adorable person. She welcomed us heartily although we don't speak Italian but she can some english so we understood each other. The shower has lights which change color depending on the water temperature! I've never seen something like that. The restaurants and beach are 5mins walk from the property. During our stay, there was the rugbyfest on the beach. Loads of people there dancing, eating and drinking. Even families with small children. In the morning, Paula brought us coffee and croissants for breakfast (additional small charge) to get us started. There are parking places for six cars inside the gates.

I liked absolutely everything: a romantic view of the surrounding area, a comfortable room with traditional furniture, a very tasty home-cooked breakfast (no buffet!), caring, but at the same time almost invisible staff. If you are traveling by car, this is a great opportunity to quickly get to all the interesting places on the southern coast of Lake Garda and the surrounding area. There is also a wonderful restaurant in the estate, the best in the area, in my opinion. The restaurant is not cheap, but surprisingly tasty, I especially liked the appetizers, filet mignon and wine.

Great location in old town Sirmione right next to the castle. Very easy access and gaining access is very easy too. We arrived on a late flight and easily got into the room at around 10pm.
