Ample rooms, very clean, easy check in, very well equipped kitchen, great showers. We had a problem with the AC at first and owner was extremely helpful and solved it quickly, we felt taken care of and left very happy. Very good price for the season, location is just a couple minutes from a big street with lots of buses to pontedera and Pisa. Also very good location if you want to visit other towns in the region. Very recommended

Staying at this villa was quite the experience. We didn't want to be in Pisa, but close by in a rural area. This residence fit the bill perfectly. There were two parties going on in the courtyard and it was so much fun to see all the party goers dancing and enjoying the music and food.

Everything was amazing. The hosts were very nice and took in our luggage so we can visit the city while the room was ready. Even if the location seems far it has at least 3 busses going to the center/train station, within 2 min walking distance. There is also an amazing restaurant right next to it where you can get breakfast, lunch, dinner, light snack, coffee etc.
