In all our travels, we've never encountered a place that maintains such a pristine environment, making our stay incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was an absolute delight each morning, boasting a diverse range of fresh and delicious options that catered to our tastes. It's evident that the hotel takes immense pride in the quality of its food and services. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its staff. Each member of the team exudes hospitality and a genuine willingness to assist, ensuring that our needs were met promptly and with a smile. Absolutely everything! Casa Laguna Escape exceeded all my expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and filled with natural light, creating a calm and cozy atmosphere. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and every detail – from linens to lighting – reflected care and quality. What truly stood out was the hosts’ exceptional attention to detail. They provided me with a personalized list of the best places to visit in the area, including train and bus routes to specific destinations, as well as insider tips that saved me hours of planning and made my stay incredibly smooth. The communication was top-notch – fast, friendly, and always helpful. The location is ideal: peaceful, yet perfectly connected to all key parts of Mestre and Venice. We had a great stay at Mestre. The apartment was amazing! Comfy, clean, modern and very conveniently located in the centre of all amenities. Lot's of places to eat and drink within a minute walk, but if you are not feeling like going out, the apartment is fully equipped so you can prepare your own meals.

Manager was super helpful, telling me how everything works, like where is the bus stop to the island, where can I buy the ticket, and even showed me each key and made sure I remember which one is for which door. We used phone translating for some parts so he could know if we understand each other, very thoughtful and friendly. Room is not very big but a good size for one person. Bed is comfy, bathroom is spacious considered for one person.
