The property was ideal for our westie dog. Plenty of space to run even without a leash and the possibility of long country walks. It was beautiful and very relaxing. Luisa is very kind and the breakfast was genuinely amazing. We will definitely be back!

Everything was great and it exceeded expectations: the room is beautiful, the bed - super comfy and we loved the view. The facilities are new and super clean and stylish - our best stay so far in Sicily! Also, Federica was very nice and kind and offered a lot of tips and recommendations. This property was booked as a last minute break and we loved the property and the hosts. The property is a gem in the historic Basa area of Modica. The property has a communal sitting area and kitchen on the ground floor and upstairs are 2 ensuite bedrooms that can be booked as 1 property or as we did by the room. The cottage has the most beautiful small flower filled courtyard at the front and we spent lots of time sitting in this little area having a glass of wine and our morning coffee. We also ate dinner in the courtyard 1 evening. Our room was large spacious and comfortable with a little sitting area and a good size bathroom, The room overlooked the narrow alleys and the courtyard garden. There was plenty of storage in the room and the communal fridge downstairs also has separate areas labelled for each room. Dogs are welcome at this property. The kitchen has the basics that are needed to cook a meal. The property has Wi-Fi. Free parking is a 5 minute walk from the property as the property is in a narrow alley there is no direct car access. The property is a 3 minute walk from 2 supermarkets and other local shops and cafes. The property also comes with several other accommodation options that the host kindly showed us and would be a great place for a large family to stay. We are already planning to return to this fantastic property in the cooler months.

The host Adriana welcomed us with open arms. She upgraded us for free to one of her apartments instead of just a room since the air-conditioning wasn’t working. The apartment was amazing with a great location, amazing views from the big balcony and in general very fresh and clean. Adriana made a big effort which helped us enjoy Modica to the fullest which we were very grateful for. I can highly recommend to book a stay here, especially to pay a little bit extra to stay in the apartment.

Very clean and modern little single room. Modern shower, bathroom and locks. The personal was very friendly. I had to go to Pozzallo the next day early in den morning. I do not speak Italian and the host organized a taxi for me. Very nice service. Thank you!
