Everything. The place is very clean, comfy & has everything thing you need. Alessandro is such a kind and friendly man. He took me to the city centre to print out some important documents before my trip as all shops were closed that day, he even paid for the printing. The room & bathroom were very clean & tidy. The kitchen & dining room have a plenty of food & drinks options. This is highly recommended place if you're travelling from Ciampino Airport.

This place is highly recommended. A lovely B&B in a beautiful location with great views from the property, especially from the rooftop terrace. The breakfasts are excellent with lots of choice, fruit, some of which is grown on the property, a choice of bread and cereals, yoghurt, cheese, charcuterie and home-made cakes. The building is nicely decorated with lots of thoughtful touches and it is very well kept. The nicest thing about the B&B, however, is the owners who are delightful and who go out of their way to help with any advice required or help needed. We would love to stay here again.
