Breakfast was down the street at a family friend's home and was amazing quality and selection. Our room was clean and tidy, parking was the easiest we had in Italy, and Randazzo was wonderful to stroll through.

I cannot think of a better place to stay when visiting Etna. The property was beautiful, at the top of the one and only Castiglione di Sicilia. I woke up to the snowy hills of Etna and enjoyed the views from my balcony. I wished I could stay longer and enjoy it all more. The bed was extremely comfortable, room perfect size and super clean.

Where to start??? The location is incredible! A great view of Etna, nice quiet surroundings, beautiful views of mountains and vineyards. The staff were all lovely! Especially the lady who greeted us and seemed to be the manager (I think her name was Giovanna) She was so nice, kind and helpful... and a wonderful chef! We had the best meal of our 2 week trip there in a really spectacular room. The selections of wine were brilliant. Clear communications with us. The pool was fantastic, nice quiet, peaceful and everywhere was really clean. I would go back tomorrow no matter what cost. It was a real gem! I cant speak highly enough of it. We absolutely loved it and had a great holiday.

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! It was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. Check-in was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean, spacious, and well-appointed the room was. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided—such as the toiletries, complimentary water, and high-speed Wi-Fi—were top-notch. Breakfast was organised in a lounge bar "nica-nuci" just on the corner. With 5e voucher for two people you can choose breakfast you like. Sweets were super fresh and tasty. Stay in Carma luxury rooms exceeded my expectations. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, comfort, and convenience.
