The owner mainly speaks Italian, but everyone makes an effort to communicate. Ceva town center is within walking distance, and highly recommended. We were met like we had been old friends whom the hosts were waiting for a long time. The room, the location, the hospitality were above expectations. We were staying at this wonderful hotel for the second time and are planning to stay there again soon - on the way back from our trip to Italy.

La Fornace is an excellent hotel with a lovely, spotless room, a hot shower, and everything you need for breakfast. Giorgio, the owner, is outstanding; he did the extra mile for us in everything he could. We travelled from London on a Saturday evening, and he constantly contacted us via WhatsApp. He booked train tickets from the airport to Ceve from his account so we would not arrive so late at night at Garessio. He also arranged a taxi who was waiting for us at Ceve. He ordered, paid for, and delivered a book from his Amazon account that I couldn't buy in London. He recommended me to people he knows at Garessio for some specific personal business I was doing there—such a fantastic person, challenging to find today, especially in the big city where I live, London. For Giorgio, fortunately, the "old fashion" values (trust, kindness, friendliness) are still important. This is not only business for Giorgio, he does everything he can to help people. When we visit a place, the hotel is essential, but more important is how people make you feel, and I feel at home at La Fornace, Garessio. The warm hospitality of Giorgio, Chiara, and Liliana made us feel connected and part of a community. Thank you so much for your support and kindness, Giorgio. We recommend La Fornace, and hopefully, we will be back. It is a beautiful little place with amazing views, fresh air, delicious food and very kind people.
