Wonderful stay and wonderful host! Extremly nice, renovated and clean property, decorated with taste and love. Super comfortable bed, long enough for tall people and spacious, exceptionally clean bathroom with great shower. We haven't booked parking in advance, but it's allso possible to park a car for free across the street from hotel. We stayed for two nights and absolutely loved this little hotel and the town of Tavarnelle in Val di Pesa, cozy and sweet, a real experience of italian dolce vita, a little away from tourist crowds. Giovanni also gave us a great tip for a local restaurant a bit down the street. Thanks to Giovanni we had our best stay and we hope to come back again!

The host, Niccoló, is a nice, full-blooded Italian who does everything to make you feel good. She has four sweet puppies who are cute, they only go to you for petting, and they also love to sunbathe together. The road leading to the accommodation is not concreted, but it is easily accessible from the main road with a higher car, and in return the panorama is amazing! The nearest small town is a 5-minute drive away. We spent a fantastic 4 days here, I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants the real, authentic Tuscan atmosphere!

The 15th century castle surrounded by the Tuscan hills is magical. The breakfast is delightful and fresh, and the staff is really helpful. Our room was at the top of a tower, it was amazing.

The room is located in the big house. It has everything needed for short stay in San Gimignano. It is very clean. It is outside of the old town and, therefore, it is very quiet. It is 5 min walk to bus station near old town entrance. Cristina (host owner) was very helpful in communication before check-in and after. We had very good day in San Gimignano
