The check-in system works amazingly. Overall, spending 2 nights at A and Z after arriving was a perfect choice. Osaka was quite cold, but the beddings were warm and comfortable.

Stayed after a flight cancellation and there was no availability in airport side hotels. Is a very traditional Japanese accommodation, rooms were traditional but comfortable, the owners / staff were amazing, transporting us to a local place to eat which was very much appreciated after having been locked at a departure gate for over 24 hours!

We really enjoyed our stay, lots of nice little add ons in the room. Toothbrush toothpaste and body wash. Great to have a washing machine in our room too. Downstairs is a small kitchen that you can prepare food if you need to The area has a great train line that’s takes you into Namba easily
