This property is like a Homestay run by a very nice gentleman. If you don’t want to pay the exorbitant Kyoto hotel prices, this is a great option. It is a 13 minute train ride to Kyoto and a 12 minute car ride to the station from his house. You get 1 ride to and from the station per day, and there is also a bus if needed. The house is meticulously clean, it is quiet, the bed in the Mountain View room is extremely comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay.

The owner is really giving his heart out for this homestay.
The room is very comfortable.
Breakfast included😊.
The stay was really worth the money, would come again if had another chance to Osaka.
