Everything was clean, super prepared. I felt so comfortable whole stay. The owner is also very helpful person. Definitely I will come back anytime when I plan vaccation in Phnom Penh. Very close to airport but calm enviroment. They also have restaurant downstairs.

The room was good, towels, water, toothbrush, a good fan, aircon for an extra 4$ per night if you wish. The owners were so kind and so helpful!! I would really recommend to go to this guesthouse in Phnom Penh! Close to the city, but far enough for it to be quiet at night time.

Kim (the owner) is a very responsible person. I had 3 hours flight delay and arrived late at night. But the transfer to the guesthouse and check-in were very well organised. Kim organised also a bus to Siem Riep. The room is basic but you have everything you need. Clean. I will stay there again, because the staff and the location are unbeatable.
