A great place! I was in Gwanju unfortunately during a massive heat wave (40 degrees), and so I didn't see too much of the city, but the hostel was a great place to hunker down in with the AC on. I was the only one in my room which was nice, but the beds have curtains, too. The bathroom was huge. Breakfast was really nice, a very convenient self-serve, which I love because it takes the pressure off of a set time. If you wake up at 2am or 2pm, you can still have breakfast. Very thoughtful. Coffee and tea available, too. Lots of towels. Lockers. A big desk. Just a great place all around.

Amazing hostel with an incredible host. I loved the decorations, the atmosphere, the friendliness of the staff and guests. I would absolutely stay here again when I return to Gwangju.

The location is perfect since it's just across ACC (Asian Culture Centre) where a lot is happening - it's not too loud though. The accommodation itself if clean and has everything you need. The common area is great and the rooftop terrace is perfect. The owner is also very kind. The room is great in general and it was nice to have a "private" bathroom to the room.

Friendly host. We stayed in the guesthouse (not the hanok) and I would stay there again. The bed was divine and it was close to the airport.

Beautiful quiet location that is walking distance to many restaurants and activities. It is very quiet and we slept so well! The owner is incredibly kind and we were very well looked after. I look forward to our next visit.
