It was a perfect stay for three days :) They organized a taxi from the airport to their beautiful homestay. The location in the green jungle is a great starting point for many attractions in the area. If you want to do tours, hikes, or visit temples, you’ll get help and transportation from the host. You will be served a nice breakfast on your terrace, and dinner is also available if you wish. All in all, it was an easy and pleasant stay.

Very nice homestay clean and owner kind and helpful. Very near to dambulla cave temple just 5 minutes you can get to the ticket office of cave temple. Host Upul is a nice man and help to arrange my schedule in Dambulla. Located quiet area just 5 minutes tuk tuk drive. Breakfast is nice and had dinner here traditional Sri Lankan food. Ceiling fan and air conditioner work well and breeze evening. Really satisfied in staying here. Nice 3 little boys of Upul. Upul offer me drive to the lake and one buddhist temple with his car. Room is very clean and bed is comfortable. Really satisfied everything. Thanks Mr. Upul and family

Everything was perfect. The family is very nice. They are always trying to feel you like home. I could arrange with my host 3 tours to places I wanted to see, so it was very convinient for me. The room is comfortable, the breakfast is exceptional, and also they prepared a typical Sri Lanka's meal for me and for the other 4 guests for free. He offered to pick me up with no extra charge at the bus station, but as I was moving by car, it was not necessary. He helped me to take the bus to Kandy, using his tuk-tuk taking me to the bus stop and also helping me to take the correct bus, and all for free too. I strongly recommend this place to everybody

The family which runs this property are very good and humble. Owner was kind enough to pick us directly from bus stand to the Homestay. They served authentic Srilankan food which was very tasty. Royal cave temple and Dambulla stadium are quite near and we can get tuk tuk easily. Go to place to stay if you are visiting sigiriya and Dambulla.

We just had the most incredible 2-night stay at Blue Mountains View and we can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Host Pradeep and his adorable 6-week-old daughter Thia were so welcoming. Venue manager Dishani’s warmth and hospitality made our stay feel personal and special. She gave us a fantastic introduction to the farm, explained everything in detail, and provided great instructions for a walk to the nearby village (which we highly recommend – it’s a must-do!). Deshani’s care really made us feel like we were part of their family. We initially booked a non-A/C room by mistake, but Pradeep was kind enough to reorganize our stay and moved us to a comfortable A/C room, which was much appreciated. Do note that two of the rooms don’t have A/C, so make sure to check the room details if you prefer that extra comfort. The food at Blue Mountains View was truly a highlight. All meals are vegan, prepared with love by Pradeep’s mama, and every dish was absolutely delicious! We had breakfast and dinner at the farm, and the meals were so fresh and flavorful. As the food is vegan and we needed some protein, we bought some eggs on our way back from Sigriya, and Deshani kindly helped us have them cooked for both dinner and breakfast. Pradeep’s uncle Thisa took us on a special tour of the farm, which was a unique experience. We got to learn about the organic farming process and saw firsthand how they grow their crops. It was an insightful and heartwarming experience, and it made us appreciate the farm even more. Overall, our stay at Blue Mountains View was unforgettable. The combination of warm hospitality, incredible food, and the peaceful, beautiful surroundings made it an experience we’ll cherish. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dambulla and looking for a relaxing, authentic experience. Thank you, Pradeep, Thia, Deshani and Thisa for making our stay so special!

Really cosy. Felt welcomed like a family member. Helped me plan my two days stay, helped me get a driver who showed me around to the lake on the way to Sigiriya. Made home cooked breakfast and dinner which was delicious. Also helped me get a buss the next day to Kandy very fast. Helped with early check in. Super clean and the room had everything. You could see the monkeys from the bathroom window. Best AC I've ever had.
