This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay! In terms of location and being right on the beach, you can't ask for more, we loved it. The room was exceptionally clean and we really appreciated having a little fridge too, which was a nice surprise. The breakfast was very tasty, and Saman and his family looked after us during our stay. We have stayed in seven different places so far whilst in Sri Lanka, and this one is in our top two. Thank you so much!

Indika Beach Villa is a dream. Direct location by the sea, not a tourist spot, which means you can totally relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Everyone there goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The food at Indika is delicious! The stay at Indika Beach Villa is very familiar and a special experience. Indika and his family also live there and are super nice and treat you like family. For example, Indika took us to the fishermen and explained to us how everything works, when we wanted to go to an ATM he took my friend with him on his scooter, he had small fish prepared and we were allowed to eat with him. Indika really does everything for you. We felt very comfortable and would come back at any time.

She made amazing food, she did our laundry, very good and clean room, she got us some drinks on arrival and she is very nice to talk with. Look no further and book this lovely homestay! The stay at Villa Arushina was exceptional. The lady took care of every request, the beautiful villa is impeccably decorated, a clean and air-conditioned room with toilet and shower. The internet was also excellent. Happily, I arrived at a great time - on New Year's Eve! I got to experience the holiday in a pure authentic way and learn about Buddhist customs and tradition. Eat local food through breakfast and holiday dinner. For me it was an amazing experience. I got to know a lovely family. I have no doubt that on my next visit to Sri Lanka I will return there. Thanks🙏🏼

If you want an authentic Sri Lankan experience, this is the place for you! Hosts are warm and very attractive, ready to share some stories with you! Tasty and abundant breakfast cooked on the spot, with a possibility to have dinner too, which is also very convenient! Room is basic, but has everything you need, there is a shared terrace where you can relax. I highly recommend this place as an alternative to escape Galle noise and crowds.
