Kasbah Tussna is a magic place with untouched tradition. If you want to feel the warmth of an amazing Berber family, don't hesitate to take your accommodation at Kasbah Tussna on your way between Marrakech and Merzouga. We took one night only, being in a hurry to reach the dessert, and we left with a big wish to come back. A cozy berber house with beautiful and very clean rooms, plenty of cozy places to relax in the garden, and a swimming pool, a discret smell of roses, colors, traditions, stories, great food is what you will find at Kasbah Tussna. Mohammed and his youngest brother are great hosts. Mohammed's recommendations for our trip were fabulous. We're sorry that we didn't have time for a trip with him in surroundings or Atlas mountains, as he is a mountain guide as well. Hope that next time we will not miss it. Thank you, Mohammed, for everything!

It was so good we wanted to stay more, but we had to get on the road again. It is family owned, Jahwad and his mom and dad are what hosts should be like. We took dinner also and they made us REAL tajine which was the best one we had in Morocco so far. They are warm,kind and helpful.

Absolutely fabulous experience. Great family hotel with carrying staff. Decently decorated interiors in local style. Nice rooms, adequate bathroom with hot water. Free parking place in front of the hotel. Riverview and 5 minutes by car to main viewpoint attraction. Wifi available in common spaces. In-house restaurant with local cuisine. No need to think, just book it. You will love this hotel. Like me.

There are no words to truly describe the beauty of this kasbah. Perched on top of a small hill, it’s an extraordinary building made from natural materials. The rooms are beautiful, cozy, warm, and welcoming, with thoughtful details and perfect cleanliness. You immediately feel at home. The owner, Moha, is the true treasure of the kasbah — an exceptionally kind man, full of wisdom and knowledge. He even showed us the garden where the food they serve is grown. Every meal was beyond excellent. We will definitely return to this kasbah. Just thinking about spending a week there, with a book in hand, simply breathing and existing, fills me with peace. If you’re in the area, you simply must visit this wonderful, natural place and the amazing people who run it.

We loved everything about this place. The owner is so attentive and helpful with excellent communication. The breakfast was great and the room was very luxurious. The owner is also very knowledgeable about walks in the area and provided us with information about where to park and walk for the nearby Gorge walk.

My wife wondered whether we should it the Mehdi hotel (rather than the labyrinth des kasbah); I guess all other reviews reveal why so let me be brief. Mehdi simply breathes hospitality & will do everything is his power to make your stay in Morocco as pleasant as possible. His approach comes very authentic and that's something you wille feel immediately. As a host he brings the joy & peace into the place. Regarding the food: don't even think of eating elsewhere; his cooking is really great & very good value for money. Great place to explore the beautiful are of the Gorges des Dades (and even the Gorges the Todra, which I did). Highly recommendable!
