My time at Patlekhet Eco Farmhouse was truly unforgettable. Bishnu and his family's warm hospitality made me feel instantly at home. It's an incredible place to immerse yourself in Permaculture, experience authentic Nepali family life, and savor some of the country's most delicious home-cooked meals. During my stay, I walked to the Namobuddha Monastery, learned how to make momos, and even milked a cow! This is not the first visit to Nepal, but for the first time we stopped in Bhaktapur - it’s definitely worth doing! A wonderful, charming hotel in an ancient building on the oldest square in the city. We asked for a specific room and it was kindly provided to us. Everything was exactly as in the photo and even a little better. You must understand that in traditional houses there is no sound insulation and if the windows of your room overlook the square, you will hear 24 hours a day, but you will also be able to watch what is happening from the first row. The hotel is run by a very hospitable family and you can meet and interact with all generations. The service is excellent! Lovely rich breakfast, good restaurant menu and the best coffee. The most delicious yogurt in Nepal, just like “grandmother made.” The rooms are well equipped, comfortable beds, mosquito net (in our room), kettle, coffee maker, drinking water. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
