Beautiful, peaceful, idyllic location right by the water at Queen Charlotte Sound. We enjoyed walking the last leg of the famous Queen Charlotte track, which was a wonderful, relatively easy track offering superb views. Jumped off the jetty for a swim in the sound and within 2 mins having a hot shower at the apartment. Tanya and Shayne could not have made us more welcome. They clearly enjoy sharing their piece of paradise, and their enthusiasm is addictive. Very comfortable bed, great shower, well equipped kitchen, peaceful sleep. Don't hesitate to book and stay as long as you possibly can. You won't regret it! We've stayed in some gorgeous places in the South Island and this one was our favourite. If I could rate this one more than 10/10 I would. Tracee is amazing. The rooms are absolutely divine. The nearest I have been to a comfy bed since Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. The bathroom was the cleanest I have seen and loads of little touches that were so nice. Thank you Tracee and Brian

Beautiful little place to stay! Rosie was great with communication & very friendly when we arrived. It was bigger than we expected & only a super short walk to the water front. It's a great spot in a beautiful location.

We liked everything at this property! Ursula is a great host! The house is new, spacious, cozy and extremely clean. The homemade jam for breakfast was super tasty. The view on vineyards in the morning is perfect! We wish we could stay longer! We want to come back!

What a hidden gem! This place is like no other accommodation I've stayed in. Incredible view of the mountains and water. Beautifully designed with a lovely deck overlooking the bay. Felt like glamping with a wood cabin vibe but all the bells and whistles including your own hot-tub, spa towel and bath robe. Such a lovely stay here.

The house has plenty of living space, a large garden area around it (and cute sheep neighbours!) while being within 5 minutes of walking to the waterfront. The bedrooms are classic, while the bathroom and modern kitchen and living area feel more recently renovated and were light and spacious. We loved how easy it was to enter, we appreciated the heating options, and overall loved our stay here.
