Very lovely place. Its quiet and the views over Funchal are beautiful. The towels and linen were neat and clean. Its a detached room with very optimized use of space. There is even a micro and fridge with ample utencils. Coffee and cakes are also provided in the room, that's a very nice touch.

I absolutely loved the closure of the Funchal downtown. In addition, Margarita and Rita were super helpful and kind - I felt truly like home. Also the Quinta is quiet place to stay and has a wonderful garden for morning walks. Breakfast was also always fresh and super delicious! The place itself made my vacation even better.

The room with private bathroom is part of a larger apartment and is separated from the rest of the apartment by a special door. The kitchen is shared. The apartment is on the ground floor of a newer building, spacious, furnished in a modern way and at the same time with a sense of preserving the island's heritage. And a balcony and a courtyard! Wow, a real tropical park in miniature, the owner Louis takes care of it himself and is very proud of it. Louis is friendly and helps every day with some good advice about the weather or which natural beauty to visit ... He is very knowledgeable. When we arrived, he arranged a transfer from the airport for us and connected us with a local rent a car that delivered the car to our location. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. At night, there is always some free parking available on the street, even the blue zone is not expensive. Opposite the apartment there is a bakery, pizzeria, a little further a grocery store, fruit shop, pharmacy, pastry shop, barbecue... My wife and I were very satisfied with the hospitality and service and we recommend this apartment to all couples visiting Madeira on their own.

Amazing property in top location, literally 1 minute from Mercado dos Lavradores and steps away from the main pedestrian shopping zone. A bus to Monte park stops in front of the main entrance to the building. Very clean, spotless with all the facilities you might think of - dishwasher, iron and board, a few different coffee machines, juice maker, hairdryer, you name it… the whole apartment building looks new and pays a tribute to a former textile factory or something that was once there. Plenty of stylish details on this topic everywhere. The apartment itself is very modern and pleasant to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Look no more.
