i stayed one week at this lovely place and although the weather was not the best, i enjoyed every single day🤗 when i arrived, the owner welcomed me with some special and delicious fruits, i have never seen before and one day i got a private tour through the whole fruit garden which is very huge not only around the house, there is also a big plantation in the hills nearby and there are a lot more fruits of all kinds with mainly origin from brazil there is also a minimarket nearby and with the car you can explore this special island with its very dramatic and narrow streets and breathtaking villages on the coastline...

Our stay was wonderful! We were especially impressed by the thoughtfulness of the cleaning staff and reception. Little gestures like chocolates on the pillow and sweets at the entrance made a difference, making us feel welcome and as though we were spending time in a family home—unlike other places. The local treats, apples, coffee, and tea available throughout the day were a nice, thoughtful addition. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the view of the port from our room was very nice. We enjoyed waking up to the gentle sound of church bells in the morning, and the refreshing little terrace was perfect for relaxing. The breakfast, which was included, was truly delicious and a great way to start the day. We can’t wait to come back!

Marvelous rustic mansion in São Jorge with an incredible view of Pico from our bedroom. The house is beautifully renovated and the walls are covered with art. Close to Velas for the ferry and easy access to majestic fajãs and hiking trails. Dr. Graça and Catarina were incredible hosts. We felt totally at home and they gave us great tips every single day. The breakfast was delicious and rich, served in a charming room.

I don't know where to start. It has been the absolute best accommodation we have been staying at in a very long time. The hosts Lina and Rui are wonderful people and made us feel at home from day one. The views from their beautiful house are spectacular. The house (its actually a villa) is kept spotless and we were invited to use the kitchen, washing machine, the several terraces and pool. Lina and Rui asked us what they could do better and we didn't know what. All was perfect and we would love to return one day.
