I loved that there were only a few bungalows in a quiet location, reception also is a little cafe! The room was spotless and we found the beds really comfortable! Bonus was that the staff were really friendly and left us fresh towels and water everyday and offered to clean the room daily too! It really added to our stay in Koh Mook and the A/C worked brilliantly!

Great value for money. Right below the property you have a mini mart, a tour and transit vendor and a taxi service. Less than a minute walk to the nearest restaurant and a two minute walk to the main restaurants and bars. Staff were extremely friendly. Free water was provided. Air conditioning was strong too. A warning: if you’re going out, don’t leave the lights on. There are some bugs that are attracted to lights and they will squeeze their way into the rooms to get to them (but this is in no way the fault of the property). The property remains incredible value for money!

The owner and host. Nicki, who was managing the property for her friend really was the most incredible host. She permanently has the bigger smile on her face and went out of her way to make our stay comfortable, cooking us breakfast, applying mosquito repellant on us and generally just being amazing. Location was perfect, nestled in amongst a genuine little fishing village with views of the sea from our rooms.

A 5-minute walk from Charlie Beach, one of the nicest beach in Ko Mook, Nature Hill offers a good spot of nature and relaxing atmosphere. It is surrounded by the lush hills. Free WiFi is available.

We booked for 10 nights and are incredibly thankful for such a high quality time out. We fell in love with the island itself and to spend our time at nature hill was the best decision. Best food ever in Thailand for us. Neil and Sue are very good hosts, everything is easy and uncomplicated. Every evening and night, often also during the day, we sat on our terrace and were listening to the jungle sounds or the rain. Everyday two cats visited us and we spend hoouuurs together. Room was clean and very open for all kind of nature. But nothing which would be worth to mention. When you book something like that, you know what you choose. It was the most authentic experience of Thailand we have ever made. We truely recommend Nature Hill. Hope to see you again. Thanks for eveything.

Our group of 4 travelers from Latvia stayed at Mookies Bungalows for 2 weeks. The fact that this was the only purpose of our trip shows that we had carefully considered our choices before the long journey. Every day lived in Mookies Bungalows confirmed the correctness of our choice. Considering the fact that we were not interested in shopping and nightlife this time, this place was perfect as a natural environment where you can still enjoy the local color unspoiled by the crowded tourist infrastructure. Nearby Charlie Beach is the best on the island because it's not affected by tides, it's not crowded and there are two good beach bars where you can eat cheaply and deliciously. But nothing can compete with the excellent dinner at Mookies Bungalows restaurant, especially the grilled fish. Mookies is a 5 min walk from the beach on a small rise, which is exactly what we liked as two of our group survived the 2004 Tsunami. So when we are in this region, we choose to stay on the hill instead of the beach itself. Mookies is a clean, tidy, nicely landscaped environment with very friendly service staff. But the real gem of Mookies is its owner, Wan, who always helps guests with all kinds of needs. She even went out of her way to bring us different fruits from the mainland that you can't buy on the island. We will definitely recommend this wonderful place to our friends, and we will try to return there again!

Very clean. Great location. Just 4 rooms (no café) looking on to the bay. Room is small but adequate with fridge and spacious balcony. Water and coffee provided every day.
