We loved our stay at the Boondee House - this place was an incredible value. We liked our room with the separate bathroom accessed outside our room and the common area. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even though because of the wet season we couldn't do a motorbike trip out of town, as we would have liked to, and therefore finished up staying only one night. We loved the neighbourhood - it felt very Japanese like - we even went to a Japanese restaurant for dinner. We wondered around the town visiting the lake and temples and the morning market but there didn't seem to be a lot to do in the town itself - so we went off to the Fern Resort just out of town that was beautiful. All in all, we enjoyed our short stay at the Boondee House and Mae Hong Song very much.

There is nothing not to like about this property. It was a wonderful stay. I definitely will stay here again when I visit Mae Hong Son area. The owner was super friendly. Plus side laundry is just in front of the place. Halal restaurant is just around the corner and masjid is about 3minutes from the place. Absolutely amazing this place.

Pimpa is the best guy ever! Such a wonderful human. Would love to have stayed longer... He made me feel looked after and at home. Amazing view of Rice fields from Terrace... Hot springs near by. Highly recommend!!

Amazing hosts, super friendly and accommodating. They very kindly let us use their bicycles and in the evening, a motorbike so we could go and see the night food market he had recommended.
