A nice, clean cosy place, in the main road yet very quiet. It is easy to access Nungwi and Kendwa beach from there. I felt comfortable throughout my stay and the owner and staff made sure I was from the moment I arrived until I left. Everything worked well. I loved the garden area and enjoyed having breakfast from there every morning.

The place is very nice and super clean, all the staff is amazing, super kind and they clean your room every day. It has a nice area for breakfast, all the facilities are good, aircon works well, wifi is fast, swimming pool is nice, it has sun beds, etc. The breakfast is big enough, there are different options, the location is amazing, just a short walk to a nice beach, and a few minutes walking from different restaurants. The people around the area are very nice and friendly, we felt safe walking around all the time. A big Thanks to all the people from Ondo House, specially to Ali and Hassan, they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable during our stay, they helped us to arrange taxi, helped us to go around the ATM, they are very kind and good people! I highly recommend this place, we will definitely come back next season :)

You actually can’t describe the experience you can have there in words, but it’s definitely a visit worth to see for yourself! The owner is definitely a bit crazy, but in a GOOD way! Maybe you first have to get used to it, but then your stay will be amazing!!! Crazyman cares so much for his guests, he will get you to the beach and other places and can organize tours for you at good prices! We definitely can recommend to stay with this crazy dude and his crazy family:-)

What can I say, top top top. Super friendly and helpful hosts and staff, who make us feel like we are in a family home. Always available to help, giving tips on the best places to visit and much more. Food is always very good. I will miss our long conversations about everything. Thank you for making us feel so good. We have never met such friendly and warm atmosphere. All the staff were trying to make our stay unforgettable. The rooms are very clean, decorated in a Zanzibar way, not very spacious, but cozy. The territory is filled with various flowers and trees. There were 2 parties during our stay, but they didn’t disturb us, as all had ended at reasonable time. Highland Bungalows are located not far away (10 min walking) from the best beach in Nungwi. Restaurant is amazing as the prices are very good and quality is high. Every evening we spent there our time, as this restaurant was the best, taking into account quality/prices. If we needed anything, it was enough to inform the staff and everything was done. The staff was ready to help you at anytime. Breakfast was ok: eggs (different way cooked), bread, sausage, fruit, fresh juice, tea/coffee and jam. We would like to thank Britta for such an amazing stay and farewell party! She made our stay so cozy, as if you had been staying at your friend’s home. Incredible! And I would like to thank a woman who works in the morning for her everyday smile and an amazing cake she cooked for us! I will never forget it.

Accommodation a short distance from the beach. a short distance from luxury resorts and yet so cheap. The fan, air conditioning and hot water worked. (not everywhere is normal here, especially when it's cheap) the best part of it all is the host, helpful with everything, he arranged a ride, went shopping with us when we didn't know where. a humble, nice guy. thank you for everything.
