Really lovely guesthouse on a peaceful street not too far (15 min walk) from the metro. Pretty central courtyard to relax in and comfortable common space. Dorm was comfortable with curtains on the bunks and sockets. Friendly staff who helped me order a yandex taxi to the station when leaving. Tasty breakfast and tea and coffee available.

Anor guesthouse absolutely exceeded our expectations! The hosts we spoke to (Alexey and Galina) were super friendly and helpful, we chatted with them lots! The breakfast was varied and freshly prepared, they also accommodated our request for a takeaway breakfast on the last day as we had to leave early. The location also allowed for on-foot access to all main sights, and yet it's on a quiet and green street. Our room was the studio on the top floor, which was incredible - comfy beds, clean, just perfect, even the couch was superb to sleep on! The hosts even tweaked the heating settings when we mentioned it was a bit too warm, zero issues, they're always open to help! Special thanks to Galina who immediately went to look for some meds when my mum was unwell (nothing to do with the accommodation, it was a different issue), without us even asking - she just came back with a box of stuff and started looking through it for things that can help, so thoughtful! If we ever come back to Tashkent, this will be our choice, no hesitation! Thank you!

Great family, very helpful and friendly. The room is very large and well equipped. The breakfast is excellent, very delicious and the location is good, walking to some shops and restaurants and yandex go/taxi to main sights or airport/trainstation. The yard is nice quiet and indeed green.

I am very happy have chosen this guest house. The room had everything you needed, air conditioning, amenities, I liked everything. Special thanks to the hostess Saodad, who not only met and escorted to the train station early in the morning, but also made an excursion through Mahalia to show the mosque complex, the park and other special places of Tashkent. The hosts have a wonderful museum of antiques, Saodad knows all histories about them and happy to tell their stories. I will never forget her kindness and hospitality shown to me, and hope one day to visit them again.
