New property, very clean, i got a huge room and a bathroom right in front of it so it didn’t feel i live in a shared facilities accommodation at all. Everything you need is there, iron, hairdryer, cooking utensils, i even had a big tv in my room. Ingrid is a wonderful host who was in touch with me for any relevant question. Our stay at this villa was truly wonderful! The host deserves the highest praise, communication was excellent, he replied very quickly, was kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The master bedroom with a private bathroom was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The entire villa looks much better in person than in the photos, the place has great potential, and I even suggested updating the pictures. The location is perfect: right next to the bus station with direct connections to Dubai, a large shopping mall nearby, and a quiet, safe neighborhood. A perfect place to stay in Abu Dhabi - highly recommended!

Although we rented a room in the apartment, in another room Gracee was living herself, we felt like we rented the whole apartment

I had a very good comfortable stay in DSV. Mr Sanath was most helpful and the place is super clean which was really important considering that I'm on medical treatment. Wil always come back and stay in this place. Location is very near to restaurants, grocery store, super market, pharmacy, vegetables and fruit shop, bus stop.
