XVA Art hotel is situated within the heart of historic Al Bastakiya. It offers elegant rooms featuring art by well-established designers and artists from the region, including Zayan Ghandour and Numa. Free WiFi is available. This hotel was absolutely perfect for the entirety of our stay. The people there were very welcoming and made our stay so pleasant. The room was so neat and it was very different from the typical hotel which was exactly what we wanted. The area has easy access for getting around and exploring the historic areas nearby. It’s a very short walk to the creek and getting across the water to the souks as well. Overall, we couldn’t have found a better stay in Dubai.

The staff members Michael and Abou received me when I arrived for the check in and Michael showed me the apartment, the shared area as the large living room, organised and clean kitchen, there’s a very good area outside the villa with an artificial grass and green vertical fence garden with couches, ping pong table, as well as inside a pool table. The layout of the individual bed rooms can have a little difference between each one but mostly the same as on the photos posted on the ad. I dialogued with different nationalities of people there and I had a great pleasant experience.
