The guest house has family rooms. Very nice and cozy boutique hotel. we stayed there on our way to Schladming from Vienna. Melk was a very small and well situated town. The building, the room were amazing. The breakfast was all we needed, great coffee and croissants. There was no staff greeting you but there is also no need, the room was ready for us.

The room was very clean and well-equipped. The house is situated on a calm street, it was very quiet. Breakfast was very good. Krems is very close - you just need to cross the bridge over the river.

My room was very spacious and included a living/dining area. This is a very traditional property and is obviously well loved and cared for. The Christmas decorations around the property were lovely and a lot of time and care had been put into placing them. I would definitely book again.
