We had an excellent stay at this apartment. The owners were super friendly and accommodating to all our needs and wishes, and the flat is equipped with everything you could need - and even more! The location is perfect for walks on the beach or going into town for food and exploring.

- Hosts were super friendly and went out of their way to help us prepare the kayaks which were available for us to use . - Location was great - a short 2min walk to Fingal Bay Beach, but also a short 3min drive to Shoal Bay which we enjoyed daily, as well as an additional 7min drive to Nelson Bay 👌) - Accomodation was a good size for a family of four and had everything we needed and more. - especially as we used the kitchen daily which was fully equiped. -overall the house was beautifully decorated with well thought out details to cover the needs of guests staying there.

Great communication with owner who checked in regularly. Studio 45 was even better than described. Amenities were great as was the location. Would very much recommend.
