The owner was very attentive and left English guides everywhere to make sure you had everything you needed, which was very helpful.

Daniela is very sweet and helpful and is an amazing host. She stays in the apartment below and is available in case we need any help. She is available via phone and messages whenever we need. She showed us around the apartment and explained everything when we checked in. She was also kind enough to store our luggage after check out (our flight was later in the evening). She even carried our heavy luggage down the stairs and left it out for us to collect it near the main entrance to the apartment, which was very sweet of her. The apartment is very comfortable. There were sufficient vessels and dishes for basic cooking. There is a coffee machine with amazing coffee (The coffee pods were provided). There is also a toaster and microwave oven with grilling facility. The bed is very comfortable. The view from the apartment is gorgeous! The Interlaken guest card is provided after checking in and is valid for your length of stay. The usage of public transport within the Interlaken area is free of cost with this card. The nearest bus station is just 2 mins away and is named "fussweg spital". The Interlaken West train station is 10 minutes walk from the apartment or 2 stops away by bus. The apartment is very near to the hospital (Spital Interlaken). There is a side gate entrance which is closer to the apartment than the main entrance especially when you have heavy luggage.

Downtown Family&Friends is gelegen op minder dan 1 km van het centrum van Interlaken en biedt accommodatie met een gedeelde lounge en een terras. Location was too good, right next to Interlaken west and in-front of Migros/Denner. Restaurant options below were good as well, although we did not try. Although we did a self-checkin host was prompt to respond to the call and help us with the checking into the apartment. He was kind enough to upgrade our apartment to Private Bathroom and kitchen as we were travelling with small kids, appreciate that gesture. Parking options in Migros basement was economical as well, around CHF 2 per night. Walking around is a very good in vicinity.

Downtown Apartment 9 is gelegen in het centrum van Interlaken, op 19 km van Grindelwald Terminal en 22 km van Giessbachwaterval. Privéparkeren is beschikbaar op het terrein. Nice location, a few min walk to train station. There's a Chinese restaurant and an Indian restaurant downstairs.
