A stairway away from the entrance to Phoenix town, which makes it very easy to take a taxi, and a 5 min walk to Hongqiao bridge. Liù was an absolute top host; she recommended amazing lunch spots, the main must-sees and even went with me on a very late batik shopping sprint. The room is occupied by the massive and most comfy bed with a great view to the river - keep this in mind if you are carrying big luggage, there may not be a lot of space, but it is manageable. There is an electric kettle, complementary bottles of water, tea and instant coffee. Also, Liù offered a welcome basket of fruit! The bathroom was squeaky clean and toiletries were provided: shampoo, body wash, toothbrushes and combs. I wish I had stayed longer.

There was nothing not to like. Everything from staff to property was amazing. We enjoyed our time with staff, food was delicious and plentiful. There recommendations for food off site was equally spot on. They went above and beyond. We had a medical issue and they accompanied us to the hospital to be sure all was taken care of. We have never been more impressed.

She helped us with everything from arranging transport, trips, tickets, food, practically all we asked about. Her english is good so comunication is smooth - that is biiig plus. Accomodation is central located, near bus station and Tianmen Mountain cable car station, also streets full of restaurants or shops one may need. Room was comfortable and spacious. There was nothing missing for our needs.

I liked everything, especially our dear Cherry, who speaks very well english and helped us a lot with everything we need, also taking tickets at good price for National Park and others,explaining what to do there. The location is few minutes walking from the entrance of Wulingyuan Scenic Area. Lot of tasty and cheap food near hotel. Room clean, very nice, everyday change towels, give you free water, also coffee if you want. I am so happy i choose this one, and met her and her family. They are devotated and help you with all you need.Also help us book train tickets. Learn us how to come and go by bus, to be cheaper. It is 2 minutes from bus station. The area very nice to walk and enjoy. If i could, i would give more than 10.

Very kindness owner, helped us with everything (sometimes it was not easy to find a transport, she helped us to catch taxi or find bus station, also helped with our baggage and her recommendations of places to visit were very actual too) , in room we found everything we need. Thanks to you🩷

Το Heaven's Gate Home Stay --free pick up service--panoramic view of Tianmen Mountain διαθέτει καταλύματα με εστιατόριο, εξωτερική πισίνα, κήπο και κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge, ενώ το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος... The owner was very friendly and kind and willing to help us for our every need.He picked us up from the airport and saved us from the trouble of getting the taxi without me even knowing it, and also dropped us of at the cable car station for the Tianmen Mountain. It was an awesome surprise.

Very friendly, kind, and helpful manager. Ms. Rebecca, booked us the entrance ticket for national park without any additional fee, planned the attractions for us on the map and also delivered us to the park entrance for free. It was the great plan and she made the best experience for us at this city. Afrer coming back so hungry in the afternoon, she served a hot food. Delicious breakfast that you can choose from the menu in advance. About the room, it was so clean, and have every things that you need. The most surprised facility is washing machine, you can use it for free, it was super. Totally, this place was not a temporary stay for, there was my house.

Location is excellent, near the tianmen mountain cable station, central bus station and a lot of restaurants with good food. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. The owner was really kind and always willing to help with whatever I needed.
