The employees were really friendly, helpful and courteas.

Great location, nice quiet area that was a short walk to restaurants and street food market. The staff were exceptional and so helpful to book our national park tickets, give recommendations and provide coffee and icecreams after a long day of exploring! Special shout out to concierge staff Xiao Song and Rock Lee for being so accommodating and friendly.

At the homestay, the units come with bed linen and towels. This hotel was perfect for me and my daughter’s stay in Fenghuang. First of all, it’s stunning. The building, decorations, and surrounding areas were beautiful and staying in this small hotel made our visit in Fenghuang feel more significant and of value. This is not an outdated hotel, each part of our room felt brand new though kept in a remarkably preserved old building. The owner and staff are phenomenal! They’re very kind, enjoyable, and pleasant people. When we asked if they could help us warm up some leftovers we had brought, they also prepared us additional dishes to go with it. Throughout our stay the food was exceptional, always authentic Chinese food, and made from scratch by them. Just during our 2 night stay we feasted on dumplings, pastries, noodles, goose, chicken, fresh fruit, and a few other things. After checking out, our host helped us get to where our driver would meet us and stayed with us ensuring our safety. They even provided us with thoughtful gifts upon checking out. Through their behavior towards us and what they’ve created with their hotel, they shared the best of their culture and of humanity, which was what we hoped to encounter.

She went out of her comfort zone to make us comfortable, helped us with local food which turned out to be the highlight of my visit to Fenghuang, the hotel is neat and clean and great for the budget, I got it for 4400 INR as on 6 oct - 8 oct, 2024. Would highly recommend the hotel and yes, watchout for this lady Wang, she is amazing…

They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. From reaching out ahead of arrival to help plan activities, to (free!!) pickup at the station, to taking care of me when I spent too long in the sun. The rooms are incredible, the beds are so comfortable, the views are spectacular, and the breakfast is world class!

Becca (the host) is very helpful and can speak english fluently. She also help us to buy tickets to national park and grand canyon. the hotel provide free transport to the entrance gate of national park. 💕
