The owner even dropped me off the bus station.

He tried to help guiding direction and offer delicious corn. Room is over expectation, so classic. Will come back for sure!

The hotel position near the historical part of the city with a superb lake view, 2. The owner and his wife were very kind to us and the communication was perfect, 3. They ordered the breakfast for us upon our request and the owner drove us to a local recommended restaurant for dinner, 4. The room was very clean and tidy.

The air-conditioned accommodation is 3.9 km from The Lingering Garden. Extra facilities include full-day security, meeting rooms, a tour desk and laundry service. Location is very good. Just make sure not to use the English version of Apple Maps to find it. The location is currently a bit off there and in fact there is two wrong entries (one inside the museum and one in the middle of Pingjiang road). The Chinese version of the entry is correct.

Located just outside the main area on one of the central canals the property was close to all attractions, main shopping and restaurants but nice and quiet. We relaxed on our balcony over the canal in the afternoon and strolled to the night lit garden which was around the corner. We were contacted on our arrival day and given a phone number for the Didi driver to call so we were met and guided to the hotel and everything was explained and we were given a map and dining recommendations.

A charming little place, tucked away in a quiet alley. Owner was beyond helpful and welcoming, even brought me a very thoughtful welcome present! The courtyard is a lovely place so sit and relax. The room itself had everything I needed, only thing was, there was no window in the main room, only a small one in the bathroom. But as I only stayed one night it didn't really bother me.
