The owner of the apartment is extremely friendly and welcoming, the room is clean and bright, had all necessary equipment, overall felt really comfortable staying here, which is very precious, especially for a solo-traveling woman. The location of the apartment is also very convenient, the neighborhood is pretty nice and quiet, subway station is in a walkable distance and there are a lot of convenient stores and a mall nearby. I would definitely recommend to stay there:)

The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, full-day security and luggage storage for guests. he accommodation was excellent. We were initially a little skeptical as there were very few reviews on Booking - we had already had bad experiences with that in China. But the accommodation exceeded our expectations. Very clean, everything new and modern - but also very cozy - furnished, including a small tea corner. The staff was very dedicated, fresh tea was brought to our room after our relatively late check-in after 9:00 PM, and we received top-notch support with many tips and assistance. The location is a bit secluded, but therefore very quiet, and with bicycles, you can reach the lake directly in just a few minutes. Once again, many, many thanks for the very nice days in Hangzhou to the entire team.
