The family that runs the hostel is so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is really good and includes freshly made fruit juice. WiFi is strong. The balcony is a good place to work. Location is outstanding. A very short walk to many restaurants yet a bit away from the louder parts of Laureles. Fruit sellers often pass and there is a mercadito a couple of doors away. The other guests were friendly and we communed in the common area. I cannot say enough good things about Laureles Garden Hostel. I will surely return.

Origen Hostel Jardín is a recently renovated guest house in Jardin, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. The guest house features family rooms. everything is perfect in this Hostel, 2min walk from the bus, but very quiet. Everything is super clean all the time and the kitchen is very well equipped. There is a small interior courtyard which is also the dining room so its easy to meet people because everyone is in the same place.

At the guest house, all units have bed linen and towels. Gloria was so helpful and friendly. It was more like staying at a friend’s house. She organised a tuk tuk to take us to waterfalls. Did our washing. Left us eggs, bread and cheese for breakfast. There were coffees, teas, milk and cereals. The room was spotless and an amazing bathroom. It’s huge. There’s an area to sit and you can help yourself to drinks .
