My recent two night stay was exceptional. The ocean view from the hostel was incredible and the food was delicious. The hosts were very friendly, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. I do not have anything negative to say about my stay! Highly recommended!

Το Vista Linda Cabaña, το οποίο είναι σε Playa Blanca και σε απόσταση 0μ από Παραλία Playa Blanca, προσφέρει μπαρ και θέα στη θάλασσα. We had an amazing stay at Vista Linda. We originally booked for only one night as we didn't know how we'd handle the lack of air conditioning but there is good ventilation in the cabana. We stayed for an extra night and would have stayed longer if our itinerary had allowed for it! Manuel is so kind and friendly, he was a great help in organising transport to Barú and the mangrove and plankton tours, or even just chatting and having a drink with us. Roxana is amazing, whipping up delicious food in the kitchen and keeping the place spotless. Food portions are huge and very prices for both food and drink are very reasonable. The cabana is in a good location, away from the busiest section of the beach, although be aware there are still some boats where you enter the water. We have no complaints whatsoever, everything is as described. If you are accepting of the basic facilities on offer on Barú in general you'll not have any troubles here. I doubt you'd get a better, more relaxing atmosphere for a similar price.

The hostel was right on the beach, which I thought was amazing. It seemed as though they had done some renovations recently, so the place looked really good. The atmosphere was really nice, and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended.

Great location and the staff are so lovely and helpful. Pizzas were lovely but dinner was not so much. And spent only one night and think it’s a great value for money.

The staff was super nice, Carlos is a good guest and he provide us food and utilities that we needed, super kind, and also de owner Daiber was so kind with us. Is a basic room but is in front of the beach, you sleep with the sound of the waves, so healthy and nice. I would recommend the night here for y'all

Το The Wizard & Bar BARU είναι ένα κατάλυμα μπροστά στη θάλασσα, στον προορισμό Playa Blanca, που προσφέρει μπαρ και δωρεάν WiFi σε όλους τους χώρους του καταλύματος. this place is simple stunning , first of all the hosts , Bladimir and Karol are the loveliest most friendly and wonderful, the cabana are incredible, they have smaller shared bathroom cabana but for not much more you can get the cabana with the bathroom with is HUGE and stylish , they are right on the most sunning beach , the place is lively between 11am and 4pm but absolutely quite and relaxing outside this time . the drinks are delicious , the food simple but tasty . the location couldn't be better , the activities they can. arrange for you are cheaper then most other and so cool . I did the plankton and they arranged a lancia for me from Playa blanca to isola grande for only 50000 COP . they also work with Gulialmo , the loveliest Taxi driver that waited over an hour for me to take me from the airport to the Wizard . The sunset spot is breathtaking !

Playa Blanca is a touristy spot in the days, however, this hostel is really tranquil in the evenings, and mornings in particular. We had the balcony area to chill in during the days so your away from any crowds, still looking out on the beach and able to just walk down to get in the water when you wish. Staff are accommodating and friendly. Easy to book boats back to the main area to get back to Cartagena:

The couple who administer the property are lovely people, so kind, helpful and attentive!! We loved them and enjoyed the sea and excursions that we booked. The location is truly a small paradise with turquoise sea and lots of boat activity.
