Being so close to bars and nightlife made it incredibly convenient to enjoy a night out and get back safely. Very nice accommodation, spacious private room, the receptionist was very kind to wait for us since we arrive late to the hostel. Facilities are good, water pressure is great, hot water works perfectly (and very well needed). There’s a small store downstairs where you can do laundry for a small price.

From the moment I arrived, Gloria, the host's warm hospitality made my family and I feel at home. We rented the main house, which had three bedrooms and two baths, which was comfortable, private, and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy retreat for us after a day of exploration in Finlandia and the surrounding areas. A daily delight was waking up to fresh coffee brewing and an authentic homemade breakfast. The peaceful surroundings allowed us to savor Gloria’s brand of coffee while soaking in the stunning views. Casa Laureles, with an intimate and quaint feel, offers a beautiful hiking trail and opportunities for birdwatching, making it a perfect spot for nature lovers. Evenings spent on the porch, listening to the sounds of the forest, were tranquil and relaxing. If you’re looking for an immersive experience in nature with a genuine taste of local culture, I highly recommend Casa Laureles. I was also delighted to be able to purchase her coffee. We can’t wait to return!
