The room was brand new, I extra appreciate the very compfortable mattress and pillow! I loved the breakfast as well, there was a variety of pastry and the coffee was tasty. The rooms and the entire hotel has beautiful views.

Everything was fine here. Big, nice and clean room with very good bed, nice bathroom with a good shower, good breakfast! Also good food in the restaurant, friendly staff, free parking at the courtyard of the house and WiFi worked well. I would stay here again... :D - Děkuji pěkně!

I stayed here multiple times and I have no complains. Clean rooms. Far away enough from the road to avoid traffic noise. Free breakfast in a nice bonus.

The host Jan was super helpful and nice, very easy to communicate with and ask any questions. The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and warm, the beds were very comfortable. The shared kitchen with a dishwasher and free tea, coffee and milk is a big plus, saves a lot of time and money. The location is convenient if you have a car, 15-30 min away from ski resorts, 15 min away from Karlovy Vary. There are restaurants, a bistro and a minimarket 1-3 min away.

Great location in the woods, perfect for a quiet relaxing weekend. The restaurant food was excellent. The hostess and staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend and visit again.
