Their manner was very welcoming, they were helpful with directions and how to access transport, though the latter turned out to be a bit tricky, and taxis worked best given the time constraints. They were very accommodating with an early arrival and late departure. They offered a free breakfast which, sadly, I did not enjoy as I already had other plans.

We loved that hotel for the service and Mahmoud at the front desk. The overall atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, making it the perfect place to interact with other travelers and the people working there. The room was as expected and clean. The facilities were also clean and worked great. The location is on the sea front.
