Our stay at this guesthouse in Matacawalevu Island was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine hospitality that made us feel like part of the family. The food was absolutely amazing, every meal was delicious and traditional. Our room was so huge and beautifully maintained, it felt like the perfect holiday we were dreaming about. The guesthouse is perfectly located close to the beach, where we enjoyed kayaking around. One of the best things of our stay was visiting the nearby Sawa-i-Lau caves, an easy trip from the guesthouse, and taking part in local life through a village and church visit (the experience felt really authentic). This wasn’t just a stay, it was a real Fijian experience. We're so grateful to the wonderful family who hosted us and made everything so special. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a true experience away from everything.

Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. Home made food of exceptional quality, taste presentation .. like five star hotel. Ice cream freshly made on premises using local fruit in season (papaya, banana, pineapple, mango) and home made all natural ingredients is supper tasty. The accommodation is extremely specious overlooking beautiful sandy beach with amazing water colour variations. The sunrise is astonishing, orange glow half hour before sunrise followed with spectacular sunrise. The host is very friendly, attentive, worked in high end resort and it shows in food quality, presentation and in general how he treats his guest. The people in village are also very friendly. The host provided us with well priced boat transfer to the nearby Nacula Island. He arranged kayak rental, provided detailed instruction for hike to the Blue Lagoon. That easy hike is featured by fascinating views of green island mixed with palette of blue and turquoise ocean water colour.

Situated in Savusavu in the Vanua Levu region, Latui Loft has a patio and mountain views. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The accommodation features full-day security, and luggage storage for guests. Candida & Grant's generosity of spirit made my visit to Savusavu extra special.  Candida had a list of activity providers, and she helped make sure the activity was good based on weather, etc. The place was clean and had everything I needed, plus a nice assortment of welcome treats.  The environment is serene, and you're close to town. The terrace was lovely for all times of day, to enjoy a coffee or drink and take in the views and nature. The outdoor shower was a luxury that I didn't know I needed.   They offered rides whenever they were headed into town and made sure I was comfortable and shared deliious fresh fruit from the garden that came ripe while I was there. Sometimes, a host is more than just a host. Latui Loft is a gem.

Facing the seafront in Naviti Island, Wai Makare Homestay features a private beach area and a garden. The homestay has family rooms.

A balcony with an outdoor dining area and sea views is offered in selected units. Super friendly family which makes you feel really welcome. Very chill place and most beautifull beach and reef in front of beach so far. They arranged diving for us (with Barefoot Mantaray resort). Very affordable activities and arranged private transport to our next resort. Lots of food!!!

Sunrise Lagoon Homestay is offering accommodation in Nanuya Lailai. Located on the beachfront, this property features a private beach area, water sports facilities and a garden. The homestay has family rooms. The best homestay! People are really nice and the island is beautiful. Fresh cooked food every day and lots of things to do. You can walk to the other side of the island, go to the Blue Lagoon, snorkel, visit a school, visit caves, explore the island or just relax and watch an amazing sunrise. You don’t want to leave this place :)

Yasawa Homestays is set in Nacula Island. Located on the beachfront, this property has a private beach area, a garden and a terrace. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, free shuttle service and luggage storage for guests. We stayed at Taven Homestay. The family is super lovely and we spend Happy New Year there. We visited the village and got in touch with some of the familys friends. It was a very special experience. Big thank you to the family!

Maika Beachside homestay is set in Nalauwaki. Situated on the beachfront, this property has a private beach area, a garden and free WiFi.

Guests can take in the views of the sea from the balcony, which also has outdoor furniture. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. Beautiful homestay with the best food we had on the Yasawas. The room is quite new, it comes with a mosquito net and a spacious bathroom. The location is stunning, directly at the beach where you can do SUP or snorkeling. The owner and his family were welcoming us at the first evening with the traditional drink Kava, it was a surprise and a very nice experience. There were also kids who enjoyed joining us doing sports. The only thing that was a no go for us were the kids lurking through our windows when we were changing. But other than that, we would recommend it 100%!

Jolame Homestay Experience is located in Wayasewa Island and offers a garden and a terrace. With sea views, this accommodation provides a balcony.

Towels and bed linen are provided in the homestay. Very authentic fiji community experience. Family was very friendly and helpful.
