The host couple are the kindest people I’ve ever met. I hiked all day without much food. It was a holiday in France and all the stores were closed. Monique immediately gave me some fruits, meat and bread. She also phoned restaurants nearby to see which one was opened. The day I left, we had breakfast together and she also gave me some bread to take along. Never been treated so kindly.

We had the room right next to the ramparts, so close we could touch them. The best hosts ever. The room was modern, comfortable, quiet, and creative. Excellent breakfast. Wish we had stayed longer. The host is very kind, welcoming and helpful. They offered to have dinner at the accomodation. The dinner was amazing and also the breakfast was delicious. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Location is great. Would highly recommend!

Sophie and Pasqual were fabulous hosts, providing breakfast, recommendations to Christmas markets in the area, and even helping us to secure a reservation for dinner one late evening. They went above and beyond to cater to our young child who said "I wish we could live here" when it was time to go (very high praise from a 7 year old boy). There home is a great base for anyone wanting to take in the Alsace region and was between 20 min- 2 hours to some of the best Christmas markets in the world...the purpose for our holiday this year. We will be back!
