delightful place! The location is very peaceful, quiet and country, huge amount of wild hares, which impressed us incredibly. Very comfortable house and room, nice bathroom and beautiful view from the windows, and the landlady is charming herself! We enjoyed it very much!

Great en-suite room with microwave and kettle for your basic needs. Dog friendly! Independent entryway. The owner Rachael was very friendly and welcoming. The room is exactly what you see in the photos. Nice quite location: 1min walk from Avoch waterfront, less than 20min drive from Inverness and Dingwall, which will have all the facilities you may need: shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. Nearby, there's also a small co-op at the top of the street (3min walk from the room) and a lovely Indian take-away (Gaby's). Parking available a minute away from the room. Bedding and towels provided.
