Comfortable room with large bed. Baby cot was provided, the mattress was quite thin so we used our travel one and all was ok.

Each offers en-suite facilities with luxury toiletries. This guesthouse was so fantastic I had to leave a bit of a longer review than i normally would. My wife and I love the city of York anyway so we were excited to be coming back. But walking in the front door of this gorgeous, quirky guesthouse we knew we were in for a treat. We have quirky and eclectic tastes anyway, and this guesthouse far exceeded our expectations. Firstly the room was lovely and comfortable, and we felt right at home. But it's the front 'lounge/chill out' area that is the best thing. It's like stepping into someone's funky lounge room, actually a bit like our place lol. The owner has such great tastes. Lot's of knick knacks everywhere, funky little corners to chill out in, books everywhere to read. We got a great Nepalese takeout from down the road, a bottle of wine, and spent the night together reading some of the books to each other laughing and having such a wonderful and relaxing time. The place is so comfortable, nooky and feels so nice. And super close to town. I would recommend this place to everyone, and we can't wait to stay there again. The staff in the morning we spoke to were super lovely too. I wanted to say to the owner and the staff thank you from my wife and I, and please don't change anything about this place. There are already so many generic boring places out there to stay in. This place's differences are what makes it so refreshing

Norfolk Heritage Park Rooms - Sheffield, a property with a shared lounge, is located in Victoria, 5.4 km from FlyDSA Arena, 24 km from Chatsworth House, as well as 34 km from Eco-Power Stadium. This homestay provides free private parking, a shared kitchen and free WiFi. The homestay features family rooms. The room was clean in a relatively quiet location. I only stayed one night. The bathroom and shower were clean. The kitchen was clean too though I didn't use it. The code system for the doors was a little tricky and you would need to be careful you don't lock yourself out of your room. Overall I would recommend if you were planning to stay in the area. I am not sure how close it is to local amenities in terms of walking as I used a car and didn't explore the local area much.

Located in Goathland, within 20 km of Dalby Forest and 29 km of Flamingo Land Theme Park, Englefield Guesthouse provides accommodation with a garden as well as free private parking for guests who drive. The property features garden views and is 36 km from Peasholm Park and 39 km from The Spa Scarborough. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. We had a very good experience, especially because of the hosts: very warm, welcoming and helpful people that made us feel at 'home away from home'. the house is beautifully decorated, sparkling clean (honestly, we haven't seen one speck of dust in 3 days we've been there). The location is superb, close to many attractions but tucked away from noise and crowds, the breakfast was delicious and the bed was super comfortable. They have beautiful outdoors sitting are where we had one meal and loved it too. Our room had a shower and toilet outside, which wasn't what we expected, but it stoped being a bother after a short while. Overall a great place to stay and we will definitely be back if in the area.
