This guesthouse was one of the reasons I wanted to go to Kutaisi and I was not wrong. Just starting in this amazing historical house and having conversation with the landlady was worth the travel. The house, as it is called, is really a museum filled with antiques from all over the world. The owner speaks very well English and presented us every object with its history, it was like a free guided tour inside. The garden is also adorable. It is very well located and we easily walked everywhere (and also bolt work very well if needed). As the big room was not booked, we had a free upgrade and felt like members of the royal family in that room. The bathroom just outside of the room was crystal clean and the kitchen too. Our 2 nights stay was like a time travel experience, we enjoyed a lot our stay thanks to the warm welcome and interesting conversations.

Just one kilometer away is the impressive Okatse Canyon, making the location ideal for both relaxation and hiking adventures. The hosts were very kind and welcoming, and their beautiful daughter spoke excellent English, which made communication so easy. We truly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic, peaceful, and warm stay in Georgia!
