We booked two rooms at Rooftop Kazbegi on June 26 and it was a fantastic experience! Stepping out of the balcony, you can see the snow mountain peaks in full, stunning and unobstructed view (see photos). It was truly an awe-inspiring moment when we entered the rooms. The property is not in the town center but rather higher up on the slope facing Mount Kazbek - this provides a much better view of the mountain. It is very close to Rooms where we had a great dinner. This property is also very quiet at night because it is far away from the major road running through town. I would say the location is perfect for staying in Kazbegi. The rooms themselves are good too - they are clean and have all the facilities you can expect. Overnight temperature dropped to 0 degrees Celsius during our stay and the heater was turned on - making the room quite comfortable. And finally, the staff are truly superb and they made our stay in Kazbegi even more memorable!! We stored our luggage at the hotel and then went on to hike to Gergeti Trinity Church. After the hike, we had to catch the 5pm minibus back to Tbilisi but we were running late. We asked the hotel if they could deliver our luggage for a fee. They were so nice that they delivered our luggage for free, and insisted on not accepting our payment. This hotel truly made our spectacular stay in Kazbegi even more spectacular!

Starting from booking to even goodbye Ms. Lela was exceptional & rate is unimaginable as you can't expect these snow views, hygienity of the accessories, all.in one equipment in room, most of all her hospitality and kindness can't expect from a property owner or a big hotel chain. We are from the UAE and we never expect her warm welcome and wonderful treatment. The views are breathtaking and we would recommend her property for anyone who wants to take Home away from home feeling. We will definitely come for Summer to see the greenery as it could be wonderful as well. The most loved one is morning view when you open your window curtains. It's fabulous. Thank You Ms. Lela

Το Come & Rest είναι σε Kazbegi, Mtkheta-Mtianeti, σε απόσταση 47 χλμ από Στάδιο Σπαρτάκ. We liked everything about our stay. The host was very kind and accommodating. They offered to transport us to our excursions (for a fee) which we greatly appreciated because of the convenience. Although the husband spoke limited English, it wasn’t a big deal as we were communicate via translation apps. He was an able driver and even took us around town and told us personal stories. As to the property - it has everything you need. The room was clean and modern. All amenities mentioned were available: hot shower, fully equipped kitchen, washer (although we didn’t use it), toiletries, etc. The views from the balcony were stunning! We almost forgot we had that view because the first night we stayed was very cloudy and then come to wake up the next night and wow! Spectacular mountain views all around. We liked most of all its location - just a few meters away or a 3-minute walk to the center. Use the booking app map rather than the google map for location, because google map had the pin wrong, but Sofia (the host) picked us up when we couldn’t find it. Very much appreciated. She even gave us welcome wine drink, your typical Georgian hospitality.

Great location, the owners were incredibly kind and caring, and the bed is so comfortable! It was a chilly weekend when I was visiting Kazbegi, and they provided me with an electric space heater in the room which was super helpful when I came back from hiking soaking wet and needed to dry my shoes! Would absolutely stay here again!

Nino, the owner, is so nice, lovely and helpful for everything, we truly appreciated staying in her guesthouse! It is brand new inside, everything in the room was super clean, modern, well-equipped, and the beds were the most comfortable we had in Georgia. There's also a big balcony for a glass of wine after a long day of hiking ❤️ There is a shared fridge on the floor and a kettle to make tea. All this for an unbeatable price, so don't hesitate to stay here when in Stepantsminda!
