The owner and Dennis the owner was so kind and helpful and attentive. You couldn’t ask for a better location with a quality pizza place right the circle and 15 minute walk to the beach and 20 minutes walk to the Riva boardwalk and if you don’t have a car the 5-6 Euro Uber ride is an easy trip. The complimentary coffee in the cafe and welcome drinks was just what we needed for the trip. The bartenders Bruno and Luka were also very kind and took care of us each time we visited the cafe. A quiet, beautiful clean apartment and would recommend it to any traveler or solo traveller! We will be back again!

The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us, food was lovely and the room was clean and welcoming.

The apartment is in quiet area of Old Town, close to all points of interest in the beautiful city of Split. Quality of build, clean, and functional, with all amenities needed for either short or long stay. The host, Ivana, was very, very helpful, responding promptly for all our questions and needs. Highly recommend to everyone!

It's a lovely place, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, and the nice AirCo is a plus. Unfortunately we stayed only one night, I would definitely stay longer. About parking, we went straight to the parking lot next to the train station. We've been in Split other times and already new the place, and we need to catch the ferry next morning,so that was the best option. It cost 35 euros per day (quite expensive, but it is what it's) and it's about 10 minutes walking from the apartment. Around the apartment was super full when we arrived, but in the morning when we we were leaving we've see a lot of cars leaving as well, so maybe if you arrive at the right time, you will manage to park there.

He gave excellent restaurant and activity suggestions and was incredibly welcoming. The room itself was clean, comfy and well located and we enjoyed having an outside area where we could sit. Walking distance to everything. Love a place that provides a kettle with tea and coffee. Air conditioning works great. The bed was so comfortable and soft.
