The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome from the start. The sea view from the property was breathtaking, and the garden felt like a true paradise — beautifully maintained, with the scent of incense and peaceful statues creating a unique, calming atmosphere. Gentle music in the garden added to the magical feeling. The breakfast was also very good and made the experience even more enjoyable. Also the Balinese massage is a highlight at this hotel, my first and for sure not last one.

The room was super nice and spacious with a super balcony to relax at. The whole building is very much taken care of, no dust, no trash - just a clean and beautiful place with a gorgeous 24/7 pool. Stores, attractions, beaches, spas, everything within walking distance. We definitely would come back again and recommend this place to anyone visiting Bali!
